Group Healing Circles

Imagine spending 12 weeks in a sisterhood circle of women; just eight of you; walking together, supporting one another, and reclaiming the health, wholeness, and identity God always intended for you.

This is what happens inside our Reclaim Your Temple Healing Circles.

For 90 minutes each week, you’ll enter a safe, Spirit-led space where you can reclaim your identity, rewire faulty beliefs, learn how to steward your body instead of cope, your body can exhale, your heart can open, and your story can be met with compassion; not judgment.

Together, we explore powerful tools for emotional regulation, breathwork, movement, somatic healing, and deep spiritual renewal. You’ll learn practical, life-giving rhythms you can take into your everyday life movement, nourishment and emotional processing. Not just for 12 weeks, but for years to come.

This is where the weight you’ve been carrying begins to lift.
This is where clarity returns.
This is where you rise; renewed, strengthened, and supported.

As your coach, I walk with you personally through twelve 90-minute sessions, helping you reclaim your temple, steward your health with wisdom, and live well in every sense of the word.

Because this is intimate, heart-deep work, attendance and commitment are required.

You’re not just joining a program; you’re saying yes to a journey of healing alongside women who are saying yes, too.

If you’re ready for community, accountability, transformation, and a place where your whole self is welcomed…

This circle is for you.
