Meet De

Many women arrive here tired.

Tired of trying to be disciplined enough, faithful enough, consistent enough.
Tired of feeling disconnected from their bodies while still loving God deeply.
Tired of being told what to do without being given space to listen.

If that sounds familiar, you are not alone, and you are not broken.

My name is De Bolton, and I help women reconnect with their bodies in ways that honor God, restore trust, and lead to sustainable health without striving or shame.

How I got here...

For a long time, I believed health was something I earned through effort.

If I tried harder, prayed more, stayed disciplined, and followed the rules, things would finally feel settled spiritually and physically.

But eventually, that approach stopped working.

My body began to tell the truth before my mind was ready to hear it.

Pushing, overriding, and “doing the right things” no longer brought peace. Instead, they created distance from myself and from God.

What I began to learn, slowly and honestly, is that healing does not come from forcing the body into submission.

It comes from listening, stewardship, and alignment with how God designed us to live. That realization changed everything, not just how I move, eat, or train, but how I understand discipleship, rest, and embodied faith.

My Approach

I do not teach quick fixes, rigid plans, or performative wellness.

My work is Christ-centered and trauma-informed, grounded in Scripture, neuroscience, and lived experience. I help women:

  • Rebuild trust with their bodies

  • Understand how beliefs, stress, and trauma show up physically

  • Practice movement as stewardship rather than punishment

  • Nourish themselves without fear, control, or guilt

  • Integrate faith into daily rhythms not just Sunday theology

This is not about perfect health or spiritual performance.

It is about wholeness, honesty, and learning to live from grace rather than grind. Scripture tells us our bodies are temples of the Holy Spirit not projects to fix, control, or override. I believe honoring the body is an act of worship, and listening is often the first step of obedience.

Who is this space for?

This work tends to resonate most with women who:

  • Love God but feel disconnected from their bodies

  • Are exhausted by all-or-nothing approaches to health

  • Want faith-integrated practices that are grounded, not performative

  • Are ready to move slowly, honestly, and sustainably

This space may not be a fit if you’re looking for extreme plans, rigid rules, or quick outcomes. That’s intentional. Healing unfolds at the pace of trust.

Training Background

My professional background includes certifications in personal training, corrective exercise, nutrition, and trauma-informed movement. I hold multiple credentials through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) and certified Wellness Advisor & Health Coach through related institutions.

These trainings inform my work, but they do not lead it.

What leads this work is discernment, stewardship, and a deep respect for the complexity of the human body and the faith journey.

Do you want to get well?

If you’re here, you don’t need to have it all figured out.

You are welcome to read, reflect, move gently, or simply sit with what resonates.
Whether through my writing, teachings, or programs, my hope is that you encounter a space where your body is honored, your faith is respected, and your story is held with care.

You are not late. You are not behind. And you are not meant to do this alone.
