In this six week course
Cultivating Core Beliefs
Encouraging individuals to understand their bodies, minds, and spirits better. This will involve 4 weekly, workshops and reflection exercises aimed at fostering a deeper understanding of one's own health and well-being.
Providing resources and education to empower individuals to make informed choices about their nutrition, fitness, and mindset. This might involve workshops, follow-along workouts, grocery shopping tips, and access to nutritious, whole foods.
Transforming Rigid Beliefs
The vision for Reclaim Your Temple is a holistic approach to health and well-being, not just physical but also mental and spiritual leading women to reclaim their temple by creating cognitive behavior, and sustainable habit changes in their mindset, nutrition, and fitness. Rewiring their belief system to see what is possible when they fully surrender and trust in the Lord. This program is to touch the lives to know God better. Creating a daily intimate, abiding, trusting relationship with God and honoring their temple in all aspects of wellness to be whole and free.
